The Camp activity for Para badminton players and coaches began yesterday, in the city of Sao Paulo, at the excellent facilities from the National Paralympic Committee (NPC) of Brazil.
This activity has the participation of 16 athletes, of different classes, and 8 coaches coming from different countries of the region.
Coach Prof. Enrico Galeani from Italy is in charge for both sessions with players and coaches, sharing his knowledges and experiences with them.
At the multi sports facility, we have 6 courts in which the Camp is taking place in 2 daily sessions, until saturday. All the participants are staying at the residence facility at the NPC center.
Badminton Pan Am has worked hard together with the local association CBBd and the Brazil NPC towards a successful activity for our players and coaches, and hopes this is a good beginning towards our athletes next big events: Continental Para Badminton Championships in November in Colombia, Parapan American Games Santiago 2023 and Paris 2024 Paralympic Games!!!
