“I admit that I have improved a lot and I am relatively new to the sport. “My first match has been very exciting. Although I am experienced in Paralympic sport, here in Para badminton I am a beginner and starting with a victory against one of the favorites, for me is already the realization of a dream. My goal is to reach to the two finals, in mixed doubles and singles.” said Edwarda Oliveira (BRA) who defeated Canadian Olivia Meier, silver medalist at Lima 2019.
