The Trinidad and Tobago Badminton Association (TTBA) has undertaken training of 13 new umpires
for the Junior and Senior National Championships being held in March 2023.
This training course was undertaken at the Racket Centre in Tacarigua, Trinidad and was facilitated
by PJ Williams (Pan Am Accredited Referee) and Kevin Yung (Pan Am Certified Umpire).
Several existing national umpires also came out in support as well as took this opportunity to refresh their skills after a 3-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
