Pan Am Players from Brazil, Canada, El Salvador, Guatemala and United States won the medals of the Guatemala International Challenge 2023, Pan Am Circuit event held in Guatemala from September 5 to 10.

Ygoe Coelho (BRA) won the gold medal in Singles after defeating local star Kevin Cordon in the final. Uriel Canjura (ESA) and Pablo Abian (SPA) reached the bronze medal.
Canadian players dominated in doubles. Pan Am Champions Catherine Choi/Josephine Wu won the gold in Women’s Doubles after defeating Annie Xu/Kerry Xu (USA) in the final. Francesca Corbet/Allison Lee (USA) and Jaqueline Lima/Samia Lima (BRA) got the bronze medals.
Wu also won the gold medal in Mixed Doubles along with Ty Lindeman. Both defeated Kevin Lee/Eliana Zhang (CAN) in the final while the bronze medals were for Hooi/Somerville (AUS) and Mammeri/Mammeri (ALG).
Lindeman and Kevin Lee reached the Men’s Doubles crown after defeating Fabricio Farias/Davi SIlva (BRA) in the final match. Seeded 1 duo and Pan Am Champions 2023, Adam Dong/Nyl Yakura got the bronze medal along with Pan Am Champions 2022 Job Castillo/Luis Montoya (MEX).
In Women’s singles, Ishika Jaiswal (USA) got the silver medal after losing the final against Imad Farooqui (IND). Eliana Zhang and Wen Yu Zhan (CAN) reached the bronze medals of the event.
Pan Am Circuit 2023 will continue with the Peru International Challenge 2023 next week.
