Federación Chilena de Badminton organized from 9 to 14 of May their first BWF Shuttle Time course for Teachers & Tutors in the City of Temuco.
School teachers and coaches from several cities of Chile, such as Antofagasta, Santiago, Temuco, Curacautín, Traiguén, Valdivia and Punta Arenas shared experiences during this course which was developed for the first time under a new approach: distance (9-12 May) and presential (13-14 May).
This strategy seeks to contextualize the objectives of the program, to achieve the successful fulfillment of the objectives of the ST program and to increase the possibilities of certification for teachers who work during the week, and have to request work leaves in order to attend and fulfill the requirements of a training of more than 2 days which is very complex in Chilean reality.
The results soon came to light, for those who participated as postulants they were able to understand the contents successfully, achieving an important knowledge that fills Badminton Chile Federation with expectations regarding the upcoming courses in the country, the future development plan and to the quality of the new tutors that increases year after year.
The event achieved the certification of 8 new teachers and 9 new tutors who will spread her knowledge troughout the country of Chile, allowing, thus to reach a greater coverage of development for the Shuttle Time Program.
