Brazil’s Fabiana Silva reached the podium at Kenya International 2020, Future Series tournaments that granted points for the Road To Tokyo 2020 Ranking.

Silva won the bronze medal after defeating athletes from Uganda and Pakistan but losing in Semifinals against Anupama Upadhyaya (IND) in a 3 games-match (21-13, 18-21, 21-17).

The Kenya International 2020 was held in Thika, Kenya, from February 27 to March 1st, with participation of outstanding badminton players from Algeria, Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, Egypt, Italy, India, Myanmar, Nigeria, Uganda and host Kenya.

Fabiana continues do add good results this year. After the bronze she got at the 29th Fajr International Challenge 2020, in Iran on February, she add this bronze in Kenya and will continue looking for the Qualification for Olympic Games 2020.
