Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso, Brazil, received the BWF Shuttle Time University Accredited Certificate – Gold for their excellent delivery of the Shuttle Time University Course and also fulfil the criteria needed.
Shuttle Time tutor Layla Campos Aburachid, who is a professor at the Faculty of Physical Education of the University, was in charge of the Shuttle Time Course that had the certification of 30 new Shuttle Time teachers last december, reaching the BWF Accreditation Gold.
On December 5 to 7, the Mato Grosso University delivered the Shuttle Time Course with participation of 30 students with complete studies (18) and undergraduate students (12). It was a totally practical course: 8 hours on court and 4 hours on court with the application in a festival with children (11-14 years old).
After the festival, an evaluation was held for the students, who planned and applied the activities with 31 children. The New Shuttle Time Teachers are expected to insert the content along with their practices at school and that grade students may do the same in the future.
