- Capacity Building: The growth and promotion of badminton on a worldwide level depends largely on the work of BWF members in their own national territories. This work is supported at the regional level through the Continental Confederations. Thus, in order for the BWF to achieve its mission, it is vital that BWF members and Continental Confederations have the skills and tools to produce world-class players and events. This includes the development of coaches and players that will take the game to the next level. It also involves the organising of attractive events that will showcase the game to a wider and wider audience. However, none of those things will happen without effective administrative structures in place to support those endeavours. Thus, the BWF’s Membership Resources aim to strengthen the work of its members in the overall development and growth of badminton and para badminton. Know more here.
