Member Associations from Badminton Pan Am met during the BPAC AGM 2020 Virtual, which was held last Saturday, November 28, with the Chair of BPAC president Mr. Vishu Tolan.
Due the COVID-19 pandemic situation and status, this Annual General Meeting was held virtually with the participation of 23 Delegates from Member Associations, the BPAC Executive Committee, BWF colleagues and a Scrutineer.
BPAC AGM 2020 Virtual was chaired by Mr. Vishu Tolan, BPAC president, and Mr. German Valdez, BPAC Chief Operating Officer. As per regulations, all the associations previously received by mail the reports and could visualize video reports (English and Spanish) of each BPAC area (check here) and during the annual meeting they voted their approval among the points on the agenda.
For transparency, scrutineer service was considered, Mr. Javier Ramirez-Gaston, from Lima. He was introduced and personal highlights were expressed, and he was present during the entire meeting. His presence was approved by the voting of the attending Delegates. He was in observance for each of the agenda items requiring votes cast by the assembly.
