Pan Am players from Brazil, Canada and United States of America won the medals of the 2023 YONEX Canadian International Challenge, Pan Am Circuit Event held in Marlham, Canada, from December 5 to 10.

Pan Am Games 2023 champion, Brian Yang, won the Men’s Singles crown after defeating players from Canada, Austria and Brazil. He defeated Victor Lai (CAN) in the final in straight games (21-15, 21-12) to reach the gold medal. Ygor Coelho (BRA) and Enogat Roy (FRA) got the bronze medals.
The Women’s Singles event had 4 canadians in semifinals being Wen Yu Zhang the winner after defeating players from Thailand, USA, Japan and Canada, including Rachel Chan, Pan Am Games 2023 runner-up, who Zhang defeated in a 3-games-match during the finals. The bronze medals were for Chloe Hoang and Talia Ng.
Rachel Honderich and Jacqueline Cheung (CAN) won the WD gold medal after defeating Jackie Dent and Crystal Lai in the Final. Pan Am Games 2023 champions Josephine Wu and Catherine Choi got the bronze medal after a retirement in Semifinals due to an injurie.
In Men’s Doubles, Jonathan Tsan (CAN) and Mohamad Latif (MAS) won the gold medal after defeating seeded 1 duo and Pan Am Games 2023 champions, Adam Dong and Nyl Yakura, in the final. Lap Kern (CAN)/Larry Pong (ENG) and Chen Zhi Yi/Presley Smith (USA) won the bronze medals of the event.
Presley Smith and Allison Lee got the silver medal in Mixed Doubles. They defeated duos from USA, Canada and Brazil, to reach the final and lost there against Rian Saputro/Serena Kani (INA). Bronze medal were for Mohamad Latif (MAS)/Rachel Honderich (CAN) and Ty Lindeman/Josephine Wu (CAN) who retired in Semifinals due to and injurie.
Pan Am Circuit 2023 will continue this week with the French Guiana International 2023, last event of the year.
