Pan Am Players from Brazil, Canada, United States and host Mexico took the podiums at XII Internacional Mexicano 2021, Pan Am Circuit 2021 tournament held in Guadalajara, Mexico, from December 8 to 12.

In Women’s Doubles, Ishika Jaiswal (USA) and Srivedya Gurazada (IND) won the crown after defeating Crystal Lai and Alexandra Mocanu (CAN) in the final. Lauren Lam/Kodi Tang Lee (USA) and Sania Lima/Tamires Santos (BRA) got the 3/4 places of the event.
Lauren Lam also won the gold in Singles. She defeated players from Mexico, India and United States to reach the final, where she faced Jennie Gai. Katelin Ngo (USA) and Juliana Viana Vieira (BRA) reached the bronze medals.
Olympian player,
Nyl Yakura, won the gold in Men’s Doubles along with
Dong Adam (CAN). The canadian duo defeated players from Mexico in 3 stages, and reach the victory in the final against Fabio Caponio/Giovanni Toti (ITA). The bronze medals were for
Andres Lopez/Job Castillo (MEX) and Luka Ban/Flip Spoljarec (CRO).
The Mixed Doubles podium had
Vinson Chiu and Jennie Gai in the top. The USA duo started as a seeded 2 and defeated duos from Canada and Mexico to reach the final where they faced seeded one duo,
Nicholas Nguyen/Alexandra Mocanu (CAN), reaching the victory. The 3/4 places were for
Enrico Asuncio/Kodi Tang Lee (USA) and
Nyl Yakura/Crystal Lai.
In Men’s Singles, seeded one
Job Castillo (MEX), won the silver medal after defeating players from Mexico and Brazil but losing in the final against Danylo Bosniuk (UKR). Fabio Caponio from Italy and
Artur Pomoceno from Brazil won the 3/4 places of the event.
The Pan Am Circuit 2021 continues with the
III El Salvador International 2021, where Pan Am Players will compete for the medals and reach more points in the Ranking.
