  1. At what age did you start in Badminton and how did you get into this sport?

“I started playing Badminton 3 months ago. In Chile we have an association called “Small Persons” and we received the invitation of the coach to start playing this sport and I really love it, when I play sports I get bored, but I found my passion in Badminton.”

  1. In how many tournaments did you participate and which countries did you visit as a Badminton player?

“Peru was my first trip as an athlete and my first tournament the II Peru Para-Badminton International 2017.”

 

  1. Which are your short and medium term objectives as a Badminton player?

“To be a better player and get results because I want that Badminton and Para-Badminton grow in Chile.”

  1. Do you perform other activities in parallel to your career as an athlete, such as studies or work?

“I study Commercial Engineering and also work.”

  1. How sacrificed is it to train, study and work at the same time?

“What complicates me most is time and traffic but I forget everything when I’m playing , I’m happy.”

  1. How do you keep commitment and discipline in your life?

“Have a passion and reach your goals.”

  1. In addition to sporting satisfactions, what other things does Badminton give you?

“I found my passion so I am really happy with that, I’m glad to be part of this project in Chile.”

 

  1. Which are your favorite hobbies?

“I love Badminton, watch romantic movies, action movies and hate the horror movies.”

  1. Who was your first coach?

“Tatiana Merino.”

  1. Which club do you represent?

“I represent the Paralympic Badminton Federation.”

  1. Is Para-Badminton popular in your country?

“Actually, we are not more than 30 people, we hope to get results and this hopefully will win more people and move on.”

  1. What message would you like to tell to those who follow this interview?

“It is worth risking and finding something that becomes a motive.”
