Michelle Li won the YONEX Canada Open 2022, BWF Tour Super 100 event held in Calgary, Canada, from September 27 to October 2.

Pan Am Games champion, Michelle, started the event as seeded 2, defeating players from Canada, France and Japan to reach the Final where she defeated Sung Shuo Yun (KOR) in straight games. The bronce medals were for Carolina Marin (ESP) and Saena Kawakami (JPN).
Rachel Honderich and Kristen Tsai reached the 3/4 places in Women’s Doubles while Kevin Lee & Jaqueline Cheung and Nyl Yakura & Crystal Lai did the same in Mixed Doubles.
The YONEX Canada Open 2022 had the participation of more than 130 badminton players from around the world.
