After some years with little international activity, our Olympic athletes played their first international tournament of 2019 and won the mixed doubles gold medal, after defeating Vinson Chiu / Breanna Chi (USA) in the final.

The MTN Arena in Kampala, Uganda, was the stage that saw our pan am players in action. USA duos Shu / Obanana and Chiu / Chi reached victories against strong duos from Uganda, Jordan and Egypt.

Breanna Chi, who participated at Pan Am Mixed Team Championships 2019, with Vinson Chiu won silver medal and add some experience to their badminton career.

Our players are preparing to reach qualifications for the upcoming international challenges such as the 2019 Pan Am Games and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
