5-times Pan Am champion Raul Anguiano (GUA) is contesting his first tournament in 2019, and, like the other representatives of the region, is focused on the upcoming 2019 Parapan American Games and on adding points to achieve the qualification of next Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.
