Pan Am Players will compete at the TOTAL BWF Badminton World Championships 2019, that will be held in Basel, Switzerland, from August 19 to 25.
Athletes from Brazil, Canada, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru and United States reached qualification and accepted the quota to compete among the best in the world.
In Men’s Singles, our region will be represented by Ygor Coelho, Pan Am Ranking number one, Kevin Cordon, Pan Am Games 2015 champion, Jason Ho-Shue and Lino Muñoz.
Beiwen Zhang, Michelle Li, Rachel Honderich and Crystal Pan will look for the medals at Women’s Singles.
Pan Am Champion duo, Nyl Yakura/Jason Ho-Shue, will compete seeking the best results in Men’s Doubles along with Phillip Chew/Ryan Chew, Joshua Hurlburt-Yu/Duncan Yao and Jonathan Solis/Rodolfo Ramirez.
In Women’s Doubles, Rachel Honderich/Kristen Tsai, Sydney Lee/Ariel Lee, Emily Kan/Isabel Zhong, Daniela Macias/Danica Nishimura and Diana Corleto/Nikte Sotomayor are the duos that will seek the podium.
Joshua Hurlburt-Yu/Josephine Wu, Pan Am Champions 2019, Matthew Forgarty/Isabel Zhong and Nyl Yakura/Kristen Tsai are the Pan Am duos for Mixed Doubles.

The TOTAL BWF Badminton World Championship 2019 will held in simultaneous with the Para badminton World Championships 2019 in Basel, Switzerland with the participation of the best players of the World.
