Pan Am players from Canada, Guatemala, Mexico and United States won the medals of the IV Mexico Future Series 2024, Pan Am Circuit event held in Aguascalientes, Mexico, from August 27 to September 1st.

Ella Lin (USA) was one of the most outstanding player in this competition as she won 2 gold medals. In Singles, Lin managed to defeat players from Mexico, Guatemala and USA, including seeded 1 Nikte Sotomayor OLY, to reach the final where she defeated Veronica Yang, her partner in Women’s Doubles. Nicole Krawczyk and Sydney Hanyue Li completed the WS podium that only had players from the United States.
In Women’s Doubles, Ella Lin and Veronica Yang won the gold medal after defeating duos from Mexico and Guatemala (seeded 2 duo) to reach the final where she faced seeded 1 duo Miriam Rodriguez & Romina Fregoso (MEX), taking the victory in straight games 21-14, 21-15. Mexican duo got the silver while Nikte Sotomayor/Diana Corleto (GUA) and Chloe Choi/Emma Meng (CAN) reached the 3/4 places of the event.
The Mixed Doubles podium was led by Christopher Martinez and Diana Corleto (GUA) who started the competition as seeded 2 duo and managed to defeat pairs from USA and Canada to reach the podium top. Ryan Ma and Veronica Yang got the silver and the bronze medals were for Armando Gaitan/Romina Fregoso (MEX) and Daniel Zhou(CAN)/Nicole Krawczyk (USA).
Ryan Ma (USA) and Daniel Zhou (CAN) got the gold in Men’s Doubles after defeating seeded one duo, Jose Luis Granados/Antonio Ortiz (GUA) in the final. Thomas Ashton/Eason Wong (CAN) and Santiago Lozoya/Alvaro Rio (MEX) won the bronze medals.
Joshua Nguyen (CAN) was the Men’s Singles champion. He defeated players from El Salvador, Mexico, United States and Canada to reach the final where he faced local Luis Montoya, winning in straight games 21-12, 21-15. Montoya got the silver while Armando Gaitan (MEX) and Daniel Zhou got the bronze medals of the event.
The Pan Am Circuit 2024 will continue with the Guatemala Future Series 2024 and the Costa Rica Future Series 2024 during september.
